Psalms 103:7

He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. (Psalms 103:7, NKJV)

All humans are born into ignorance of God and His ways (Romans 10:3, Ephesians 4:18, 1 Peter 1:14). We cannot know them in and of ourselves (Matthew 11:25, Psalms 14:2-4, Romans 3:11). We must have it made known to us. That is why the Scriptures were given by God (2 Timothy 3:16).

God wishes for people to know His ways and acts, so He reveals them to His prophets who have written them in the Scriptures. In Psalm 103 some of these ways are shown us.

1 God is merciful

2 God is gracious

3 God is slow to become angry

4 God has lots of mercy

5 God does not keep on rebuking

6 God does not stay angry forever

7 God does not punish us with what we deserve

8 God's love is limitedly to those who honor Him

9 God completely removes are sins from us

10 God is kind to us

11 God remembers that we are weak

12 God's special mercies to those who fear Him.

13 God's throne is in heaven.

14 God's is the King of the whole world, yes even the whole universe.
