B1 Creation
C1 Six, 24-hour literal days.
C2 6-10,000 years ago
C3 Creation was "very good" in God's judgment.
C4 All animals, Adam, and Eve only ate plants.
C5 There was no sickness or other problems, because the curse had not happen yet.
C6 There was only one law. "Do not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil."
C7 There was only one punishment for disobedience--death.
B2 Corruption
C1 Disobedience to God
C2 Creation was not perfect any more. It is cursed. ("Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned" (Romans 5:12, NKJV) and "For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now."

D1 Sickness
D2 Death
D3 Spiritual separation from God.

C3 Sacrifice, provision, for atonement initiated by God.
C4 The sacrifice was animals only.

C6 Adam and Eve had to leave the Garden of Eden.

B3 Catastrophe
C1 Adam and Eve had children, who had children, until there were many descendants.
C2 They became incredibly evil. (Genesis 6:5)
C3 The whole world had crossed God's line and now deserved punishment.
C4 This punishment was the flood which would cover the whole world.
C5 Everything that breathed air was to die.
C6 God instructed Noah to build an ark.
C7 All types of air breathing animals and birds were in it as well as Noah, his wife, their 3 sons and their wives.
C8 This flood changed the geography of the world.
C9 The ark is a reminder of God providing salvation.
B4 Confusion
C1 Again there were many descendants from these 8 people.
C2 They were evil.
C3 God had told them to spread over the whole earth.
C4 They stayed put and built a tower.
C5 Approximately 100 years after the flood, God punished humanity again.
C6 Instead of one language, God made many languages that all the people could not communicated with one another in one language.
C7 All people alive today came from the 8 who were on the ark. Acts 17:26
B5 Christ
C1 Jesus is the one and only Christ.
C2 His birth was in fulfillment of many prophecies.
C3 His birth, life, ministry, death, resurrection, and ascension were miraculous.
B6 Cross
C1 Sin requires punishment.
C2 This punishment is death physically and spiritually.
C3 The final outcome of this sin is Hell, the Lake of Fire.
C4 Jesus Christ was the Lamb of God, sacrificed for our sin. He suffered and died for our sins.
B7 Consummation
C1 Curse is removed, gone, never remembered.
C2 All things are new.

B1 What is faith? (Believing God)
C1 "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained witness. By faith we understand that time itself was framed by a command of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible." (Hebrews 11:1-3, EMTV) This is "because God said so."
C2 "For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." (Romans 4:3, NKJV)
C3 "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (John 3:18, NKJV)
B2 How important is faith?
B3 When we read/study the Bible, how do we exercise faith? (By believing what is written).
B4 Are the words of satan and others, say Judas Iscariot, inspired? (No. In the Bible God authenticates those words. This means that what is recorded is 100% accurate. God is witness).
B5 Is the Bible accurate when history and geography are mentioned? (Yes).
B6 What is the danger of false interpretation methods as symbolic or allegorical?
B7 What method did the Lord Jesus use--a. plain, normal sense b. theological based (theology precedes interpretation), c. emotional/feeling (as in "what does this mean to
you/me?"), d. rationalistic (as in science precedes interpretation). For example:
C1 "Jesus consistently interpreted the Old Testament quite literally, including the Creation account of Adam and Eve (Matthew 13:35; 25:34, Mark 10:6), Noah's Ark and the flood (Matthew 24:38-39; Luke 17:26-27), Jonah and the great fish (Matthew 12:39-41), Sodom and Gomorrah (Matthew 10:15), and the account of Lot and his wife (Luke 17:28-29).
Jesus affirmed the Bible's divine inspiration (Matthew 22:43), its indestructibility (Matthew 5:17-18), its infallibility (John 10:35), its final authority (Matthew 4:4,7,10), its historicity (Matthew 12:40; 24:37), its factual inerrancy (Matthew 22:29-32), and its spiritual clarity (Luke 24:25). Moreover, He emphasized the importance of each word of Scripture (Luke 16:17). B8 Why couldn't/didn't Adam obey even just one law?
B9 When Adam willfully and deliberately disobeyed God, did he show faith? (No). In whom did Eve show faith? (the serpent, instead of God).
B10 Why didn't God provide a redeemer at that time?
B11 After the flood was pronounced by God, what provision did God make to save any one?
B12 Was this offer to any human or only 8 elected individuals? (The offer was open to all). How do we know that? (Noah preached for at least 120 years, and it is the teaching of many Bible verses. John 3:16, 1 Timothy 2:4, 2 Peter 3:9, Revelation 22:17).
B13 Why did the people after the flood build a tower? (It has been suggested that they thought if there was another flood it would be high enough to prevent them from drowning).
